Return Policy Thank you for visiting Shop4HalloweenCostumes.com. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and there's a small chance you will receive a princess costume instead of a bloody barbarian outfit. If you did not receive what you ordered, please fill out our Contact Form and, upon receiving the incorrect costume, we will gladly ship the correct one.
However, if what you received is what you ordered, then please note that during the Halloween season, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
During the rest of the season we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Underwear, boots, shoes and bras are absolutely not returnable. Also, used masks and wigs are definitely not returnable due to state safety regulations. During the off-season, to request an exchange or return, please use our Contact Formand we will send you a Return Authorization Form. Shipping costs are not refunded, and a 15% restock fee is applied. Please do not call for refunds as our friendly support staff will email you right back.
Order Status and Changes When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package. During the Halloween season, most of the time your order ships within 24 hours, however sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to ship depending on the time of the order. We reserve the right to refuse any order, at any time, for any reason. In such cases we will return your money.

Holiday Shipping Notice:
We always value prompt service means, and most of the year, if the order is made by 3pm we ship the same business day. However there are seasonal delays to be expected during peak seasons and especially around Halloween. Thanks for your understanding. |
